Very nice gym, big, a lot of equipment, steam room, hot tub, swimming pool and plenty of free parking spaces. Prices aren't too bad and they even offer student discount.

Excellent gym, I've tried the 3 major ones in the area and this is by far the best. Very clean and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Nice clean pool, steam room, Jacuzzi and sauna.

Great gym. Friendly helpfully staff, allways make you feel welcome. Personal trainers are around if you need a bit of a push in the right direction. Nice clean pool, jacuzzi and stream rooms, taught my kids to swim there. Plenty of free classes to take, everything from yoga to that hardcore 'insanity' thing. The cafe is good, decent coffee and they can do a good range of snacks and meals. Sunbeds are avaliable in the changing rooms. There is also a large family changing room with its own toilets and facilities. Good selection of free weights and machines. Squat rack, smith machine, several benches and much more.
